After reading the book “Living Forward”, Coach Mark created a life plan but needed a little help with the implementation. After hiring a leadership coach to help him work through it, he became intrigued with leadership coaching and pursued training to become a coach. He became hooked on helping people achieve goals and growth in different areas of life. This passion led Coach Mark to become certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF.)

Coaching helps you move forward when stuck or in need of solutions that you can’t think of yourself. Until you experience coaching, it can be hard to know for sure what it is and how it can help you.
